e-Milkat is an online system launched by the Government of Gujarat that digitizes all the property cards in the state. This system allows citizens of Gujarat to access and manage their property records online easily. For 7/12 Utara, and other records, check the Anyror portal.

Check Property Card
- To check the city survey property card online, visit the official e-milkat portal. After that, click on To see land record (city) tab.
- Now select any one option from the Survey No. Details, Nondh No. Details, 135D Notice Details, Know Survey No. By Owner Name, OR Entry List By Month-Year.
- Then select your District, City Survey Office, Ward, Survey No., and Sheet No. After that, enter the Captcha and click the Get Detail button.
- As a result, your Property Card Details will appear on your screen.
Property Card Online Application
- To apply for a Property Card, visit the Online Application page, and then enter the Applicant Name, Mobile Number, E-mail, and Gender.
- Now select District, City Survey Office, City Survey Ward, Survey Number, Sheet Number, Card Number, then click on Calculate Fee, and Confirm Application.
Property Card Print
- To print a Property Card, visit the print page, and then enter the Applicant No, Mobile Number, and Applicant Name, and click on the Get Application button.
