AnyROR Gujarat is the official land record portal of the Gujarat government. “AnyROR” stands for “Any Records of Rights Anywhere in Gujarat.” It allows citizens to access land-related records online.

Types of Land Records
(The following 4 are primary land records; there are many other land records available on the AnyRoR Gujarat website.)
- VF6 or Village Form 6 (Entry Details – are those Changes that happen in Land Records)
- VF7 or Village Form 7 (7/12 Survey Number/Khasra Number Details)
- VF8A or Village Form 8A (Khata Details)
- 135-D Notice for Mutation (Talathi Releases a Notice and Asks for Objections to Changes in Land Records)
Check Rural Land Record
- To view the Rural Land Record for Gujarat State, visit the official anyror.gujarat.gov.in portal.
- Once you visit the official portal, select the View Land Record – Rural option from the Services.
- Now select the land record you want. After that, select your District, Taluka, Village, and Survey/Block Number, and enter the Captcha, then click the Get Record Detail button.
- As a result, you will see land record details appear on your screen. If you select VF-7 Survey No Details, you will get Ownership Details, Land Details, Boja, and Other Rights Details.
Check Urban Land Record
- To view the Rural Land Record for Gujarat State, visit the official anyror.gujarat.gov.in portal.
- Once you visit the official portal, select the View Land Record – Urban option from the Services.
- Now choose the Property Card OR Unit Property Card, then select the land record you want. After that, select your District, City Survey Office, Ward, and Survey No., Sheet No., then enter the Captcha, and click the Get Record Detail button.
- As a result, you will see land record details appear on your screen. If you select Survey No Details, you will get Property Unique ID, Land Details, Ownership Details, Property Tax Details, Electricity Dues Details, Sub Registrat Deed Details, iRCMS Revenue Case Details, High Court/Civic Court Details, Jantri Details.
Digitally Signed RoR
- To download the Digitally Signed RoR for Gujarat State, visit the official anyror.gujarat.gov.in portal.
- Once you visit the official portal, select the Digitally Signed RoR option from the Services.
- Now enter the mobile number, captcha, then log in by using the OTP.
- Now select the land record you want. After that, select your District, Taluka, Village, and Survey/Block Number, and click the Add Village Form button. After Proceed For Payment to get the digitally signed ror.
Property Search
- To search for Property in Gujarat State, visit the official anyror.gujarat.gov.in portal.
- Once you visit the official portal, select the Property Search option from the Services.
- You can search by Property Wise, Name Wise, Document No / Document Year, Date of Registration, and Download Scan Document.
